    Tip #15: If you are having trouble sleeping and or getting the proper amount of sleep, it may be best to sleep alone.
    Sleep generally moderates alot of your body so that you can be calm and relaxed for the majority of the day. If you find yourself becoming aggravated quickly it may be due to lack of sleep. Or not.

    Tip #16- don’t oversleep. I find that when I sleep more than 9 hours a day for a few days straight (which does happen to me, you may be surprised to learn), you get more tired than with just a good 8 hours. Oversleeping leads to feeling cranky and sleepy just the same as undersleeping…. so watch out.

    But that’s just my experience, I sleep way too much.

    One thing which works a lot is heavy exercise. Whether you’re lifting heavy weights or doing a lot of killer cardio – you are bound to get good sleep (unless ofcourse you go overboard)
